Financial Operations Manager, APAC

Lead Airwallex’s Financial Operations (FinOps) across APAC by managing a team of 10–15 professionals and scaling operational excellence for the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle. Monitor transactions, handle inquiries and exceptions, support safeguarding across entities, and oversee clearing/settlement and liquidity management. Improve processes through automation, establish performance metrics and QA frameworks for operational risk, and deliver compliant reporting using data-driven tooling.
