Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Senior and Associate financial operations professionals located in MY, SG and CN.
  • •Scale and operationalize the global financial operations function and shape team strategic priorities and growth plans.
  • •Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle inquiries, detect exceptions from reports/dashboards, and coordinate issue remediation.
  • •Support daily safeguarding obligations across multiple Airwallex entities.
  • •Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds and global money pools, improve liquidity management, fund risk management, and treasury efficiency using data-driven approaches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 110,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above
  • •Experienced people manager with demonstrated ability leading teams with varying levels of experience
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments or operations at a technology company
