Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process and data optimization for Cross Asset Financing and act as (or support) a Product Owner in agile teams.
  • •Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications; manage backlogs and roadmaps; guide MVP delivery.
  • •Gather, clean, and query data (SQL) to support trade capture, reporting, payments, and post-trade activities.
  • •Design regulatory/business dashboards; uphold data quality, governance, and production stability.
  • •Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes and data flows, and communicate complex concepts; coordinate UAT and oversee releases to production with KPI/OKR tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,950 - 206,950 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience, in financial services technology.
  • •Must have 7 years of experience delivering technology solutions or products in financial services or consulting, including process improvement and data optimization.
  • •Experience with transaction lifecycle across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office, including regulatory and client reporting, and custody processes.
  • •Experience querying and managing datasets on Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent platforms; ability to perform statistical/trend analysis and produce data-driven findings.
  • •Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery environments; ability to author requirements documents and user stories, manage backlogs/roadmaps, and measure outcomes.
