  • •Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers to ensure adherence to quality and production standards.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of relevant experience with a university engineering degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing process.
  • •Proven success leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, program office, and business development to deliver product launches and process improvements.
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
