Job Summary

Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit underwriting documentation to support complex, multimillion-dollar corporate lending requests, while maintaining moderate asset risk. Own credit monitoring and risk rating for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, negotiate and review legal documentation, and guide transaction structuring with Business Partners, Bankers, and Relationship Managers. Lead approvals for lending commitments and amendments, ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/OFAC), and mentor junior team members as needed.

•Model future client performance, including downside scenarios, and produce thorough credit underwriting documents.
•Lead approvals for lending commitments and amendments (waivers/consents) and make recommendations to Credit Executives as appropriate.
•Review and maintain credit documentation (agreements, guarantees, pledges, collateral) and guide negotiations with outside counsel.
•Monitor portfolio accounts for covenant compliance, liquidity/earnings trends, and ensure data integrity and timely risk rating updates.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 96,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business (or equivalent work experience).
•Minimum 7 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking, and/or financial services experience.
•Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including calculating credit metrics and assessing corporate creditworthiness.
•Proficiency structuring financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities and experience managing left lead/administrative agent roles in complex syndicated deals.
•Extensive knowledge of business and legal elements of credit agreements, including managing counsel and leading document negotiations.
