Catering Supervisor (QA)

Oversee end-to-end catering operations on the project site, serving as the key control representative for daily procurement, store room, kitchen, dining, lodging, and food delivery/transportation. Inspect and monitor cleanliness, food handling, and cleaning procedures, using HACCP principles to maintain safety and health standards. Train and orient incoming employees, schedule shifts, manage timesheets, and coordinate with production and site teams to meet contract and company requirements.
