Job Summary

Own accounts receivable (AR) for TikTok LATAM by driving debt collection and receivables processes across the region. Reduce overdue rate and DSO through data-driven collection strategies, contract financial clause reviews, and ongoing client consultation. Tackle billing and invoicing issues, resolve disputes, and follow up to secure timely payments. Partner with Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Finance to mitigate credit risk and improve cash flow and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Prioritize reducing overdue rate and DSO by optimizing accounts receivable efficiency through effective collection strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
•Execute debt collection and receivables management for an assigned customer portfolio, including negotiating repayment agreements and tracking action plans.
•Provide ongoing consultation to key clients and stakeholders on TikTok collections policies and processes.
•Resolve billing and invoicing issues by supporting monthly billing issue resolution, following up for on-time payments, and handling disputes and information requests.
•Review financial terms in customer contracts (payment conditions, refund processes, top-up rules) and influence Sales leadership and support teams using data-driven insights to safeguard cash flow objectives.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in collections or accounts receivable, including managing overdue accounts; familiarity with digital advertising is a plus.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle difficult conversations and drive timely payments.
•Demonstrated business judgment to influence internal and external stakeholders, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and high integrity.
