Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business stakeholders to define features and design/build high-impact AI-powered automation.
  • •Design and implement agentic AI workflows that run continuously, analyzing data sources and surfacing information to drive investment decisions.
  • •Develop agents, skills, prompts, and workflow templates with customizations for portfolio managers.
  • •Own delivery end-to-end from requirements through production and post-launch iteration, including user acceptance testing.
  • •Share proven patterns back to the AI Platforms team to improve reusable assets, code quality, and development practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python in finance, working with investment professionals.
  • •Experience with AWS services (S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB), Kubernetes-driven deployments, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Build and ship software with non-engineering users by gathering requirements and iterating on real feedback.
  • •Work comfortably with messy real-world data such as documents, filings, emails, and market/reference data.
  • •Strong product sense: gather requirements, prioritize features, and own a roadmap, even informally.
