Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Deliver exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Build and manage customer relationships while assisting inquiries via in-person, phone, or online ordering. Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery and actively identify opportunities to grow sales. Partner with branch leadership to support new technologies and ways of working, and help with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining a safe environment.
