Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, and continuously update policy documentation tailored to the CEE markets aligned with TikTok global Trust and Safety standards.
  • •Design and implement enforcement strategies across content areas including Hateful Behavior, Violent Behavior and Dangerous Actors, Mental Health, Integrity & Authenticity, and Human Exploitation.
  • •Serve as the primary Policy contact for the CEE region and lead responses to content safety issues and escalations.
  • •Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with senior regional stakeholders and teams across Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Public Relations.
  • •Monitor emerging social media trends, user behaviors, and regulatory developments to proactively inform policy design and alignment with Community Guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in policy development, enforcement, or public policy within technology, social media, or content moderation environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of the CEE region and experience with Trust and Safety Policy teams.
  • •Fluency in English and Russian to engage with local stakeholders and global teams.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex policy concepts clearly.
  • •Demonstrated judgment and composure in fast-paced, ambiguous situations with data-informed decision-making.
