Job Summary

Serve as a trusted People Business Partner to leaders and employees, driving day-to-day people operations, employee relations, org effectiveness, talent planning, and change management. Build and scale HR policies, compliance practices, and employee lifecycle programs (including internal mobility, promotions, offboarding, and LOAs) while ensuring employment law compliance. Use people analytics and workforce metrics to identify improvement opportunities and partner with Finance and business leaders on headcount and workforce planning.

•Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters, handling investigations and resolutions with sound judgment and discretion.
•Partner with leaders on talent, performance, organizational design, and change management based on team dynamics, organizational health, and business priorities.
•Lead employee lifecycle processes (internal mobility, promotions, offboarding, leaves of absence, accommodations) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions, especially in California.
•Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employee populations.
•Experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a balanced, business-minded approach.
