Senior Product Manager, Pricing

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for pricing platforms that power faster, higher-quality pricing decisions. Own key pricing capabilities like Rating Plan Manager (RPM) and lead evolution of the infrastructure, tooling, and decisioning systems across Root’s pricing ecosystem. Work cross-functionally with engineering, actuarial, data science, analytics, legal, and state management, writing PRDs, shaping an outcomes-driven backlog, and improving speed, reliability, observability, usability, and self-service tooling—while supporting nationwide expansion.
