Job Summary

Provide L3 cross-technology managed services by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents, ensuring client infrastructure stays configured, tested, and operational. Handle high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, log and escalate issues, and use monitoring tools to resolve problems before they impact service. Drive operational improvements and optimization/automation, create knowledge articles, mentor junior team members, and support disaster recovery and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents, ensuring client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and analyze, assign, and escalate support calls while meeting SLA requirements.
•Conduct monitoring and checks to respond to alerts and identify issues before they become problems.
•Drive service incident resolution, product reviews, operational improvements, and opportunities for optimization and automation.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and mentor junior (and coach L2) teams on advanced troubleshooting and disaster recovery/project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
