Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and continuously improve the AI opportunities backlog across R&D, helping teams identify, prioritize, and sequence high-impact AI work.
  • •Move ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery: understand workflows, evaluate options, design systems, coordinate/build implementations, test, document, launch, measure, and improve.
  • •Design AI-native solutions that fit how people work, determining whether prompts, workflows, integrations, agents, databases, or custom apps are needed.
  • •Improve value from enterprise AI tools such as Glean and Claude by partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
  • •Establish approaches for evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance; support AI governance and enablement across R&D.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems, building solutions people actually use.
  • •A track record taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • •Excellent systems thinking across people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and technical constraints.
  • •Hands-on technical fluency building, modifying, or troubleshooting internal workflows, automations, agents, or applications.
  • •Practical experience with development/operational practices and tools such as GitHub, pull requests, basic app hosting, deployment, logging, and operational troubleshooting.
