Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise the Teller Unit in the absence of the Head Teller and coordinate teller operations across the branch.
  • •Ensure paying and receiving services are completed efficiently and according to policy, including balancing and settlement activities.
  • •Process deposit and withdrawal transactions, cash checks, verify identification and sufficient funds, and complete related transaction types.
  • •Handle payments and financial product transactions, including utility payments, loan and credit card payments, TT&L payments, official checks, and bond coupons.
  • •Maintain cash management records and inventory (including cash vaults, coin/currency vaults, official checks, and signature cards) and prepare required reports.
