Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all carpentry-related items.
  • •Repair and maintain guest room components including gypsum ceilings, furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, drawers, doors, door frames, skirting, and wooden flooring.
  • •Install, repair, and adjust locks, hinges, door closers, handles, and other door hardware.
  • •Fabricate and repair wooden components to site measurements, including replacing plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and solid wood components.
  • •Follow health, safety, and fire regulations, keep work areas clean and hazard-free, and coordinate with engineering and team leaders on service orders and task status.
