Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead component reliability test planning, methodology, and execution.
  • •Drive piece part reliability issues and risk toward closure.
  • •Perform analysis processes for failures found during reliability testing.
  • •Build reliability prediction models and finite element models to assess functional performance over mission life.
  • •Evaluate failure analysis results and coordinate destructive physical analysis investigations to define corrective actions.
  • •Execute testing campaigns to assess reliability of hardware and components.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or reliability.
  • •1+ years working with reliability testing methodologies (JEDEC/AEC-Q100).
  • •Experience touching reliability testing methodologies and semiconductor reliability testing.
  • •Experience with embedded C programming.
