•Hold an HND-level qualification in Building/Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related disciplines) or equivalent experience in a construction project management role.
•A management-level health and safety qualification (e.g., SMSTS).
•Developed IT skills using tools like Excel and Word (and experience managing Maximo).
