Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience supervising staff in cradle-to-grave project management within the construction industry, including leading operational teams and managing stakeholders.
  • •Experience planning, directing, and controlling activities to drive proactive performance management and problem-solving.
  • •Hold an HND-level qualification in Building/Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related disciplines), or equivalent experience in a construction project management role.
  • •Have a management-level health and safety qualification such as SMSTS.
  • •Developed IT skills using tools like Excel and Word.
