Job Summary

Support NBCUniversal’s West Coast Studio Operations HR team as a central point for HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR requests. Own HR systems and transactions, manage onboarding/offboarding communications and status changes, coordinate compensation-related analyses with partners, and collaborate closely with Payroll for accurate payment processing. Assist with HR program implementation, data integrity, reporting and metrics, and train business partners on HR processes and tools in a hybrid environment.

•Own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including job postings, onboarding communications, status changes, and offboarding processes.
•Initiate and manage HR requests such as compensation analyses, employment agreements, and organizational changes, partnering cross-functionally for timely completion.
•Process employee payment requests and collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
•Maintain and audit HR data integrity and use data to generate reports and metrics to support decision-making.
