Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, design, and implementation of data center and networking solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact customer engagements, translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
  • •Partner with Cisco account teams and partners to align solution designs with customer goals across pre-sales and delivery.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point to resolve sophisticated technical problems across a broad range of technologies.
  • •Develop and contribute digital intellectual capital, repeatable delivery frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices; mentor CX technical communities.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires a BS/BE/BTech (or equivalent) and 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Experience in customer-facing pre-sales and/or service delivery roles.
  • •Data Center–related certification (e.g., CCIE, CCNP VCP) and a strong drive for continuous learning.
  • •Ability to develop high-level migration and delivery strategies and see them through execution efficiently.
  • •Strong knowledge of Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K and experience designing data center solutions from traditional Nexus designs through VXLAN Fabric-based SDN (e.g., ACI multi-pod and multisite fabric architectures).
