Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze analog and digital circuits for development of memory products, including semiconductor device design project work.
  • •Evaluate and optimize DRAM power delivery networks and design/optimize block-level power generators.
  • •Use analog and digital CMOS design skills to support analog circuit development and refinement.
  • •Verify silicon performance versus simulation performance for designed circuits in collaboration with Product Engineering.
  • •Work with process integration and transistor modeling teams to design circuits for Micron’s next process node, including reviewing requirements and logic diagrams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the same or related occupation.
  • •Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the same or related occupation.
  • •Analog and digital design and simulation experience.
  • •Power delivery network circuit design and optimization experience.
  • •Cadence and UNIX design environment skills (simulation, schematic entry, SPF extraction) with circuit verification and optimization (layout verification, parasitic extraction).
