Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and counsel recruiting customers (hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities) on recruiting processes, compensation, interviews, and offers.
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruiting strategies with departmental and business priorities.
  • •Participate in sourcing, using innovative techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • •Screen and interview candidates, coordinating all recruiting steps including recruiting system data, offers, negotiation, onboarding, and final hiring.
  • •Lead or support recruiting projects (e.g., ramps, mergers, and acquisitions) and maintain market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Shown experience in talent market research and sourcing strategies.
  • •Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management skills, including tracking progress, milestones, and risks.
