Key Responsibilities

  • •Take line management responsibilities and develop project managers and team members through guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • •Manage team resourcing against the business pipeline and projects; conduct interviews aligned with recruitment process and resource needs.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as the key day-to-day client interface to meet client objectives via value-added cost management.
  • •Lead overall project planning and execution to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage the master programme and short-term plans (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines), and produce comprehensive project reports.
  • •Monitor progress and quality with site teams/contractors and support project administration, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects.
  • •Knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to manage multiple fast-paced timelines under tight corporate deadlines.
  • •Full professional language level for written and spoken Cantonese and English.
