Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex support to adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function and conduct screens assessing functional depth, customer knowledge, and organizational fit.
  • •Manage the interview process from intake through close, including calibration with hiring managers, facilitating debriefs, and driving offers to signature.
  • •Partner with BD and Growth leaders to understand hiring needs, advise on market conditions and candidate availability, and influence role design and leveling.
  • •Own the candidate experience from first outreach through close, maintain ATS/CRM data integrity, and improve recruiting processes and interview practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions (ideally defense, aerospace, or national security).
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers across levels.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
