Job Summary

Serve as a senior legal partner to the People team and business leaders across EMEA, advising on complex employment law matters in multiple jurisdictions. Lead and manage employment disputes, regulatory matters, investigations, and outside counsel, while supporting workforce classification and contingent workforce structures. Draft and localize employment documents and help design scalable legal playbooks, policies, and contracts to reduce risk and enable efficient global growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as senior legal partner for HR, People, and business leaders on day-to-day employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions.
•Advise on complex employment issues including employee relations, performance management, terminations, accommodations, leaves, works council matters, TUPE, reorganizations, and investigations.
•Lead employment-related disputes, litigation, agency charges, audits/inspections, and regulatory matters, including management of outside counsel.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and assess workforce structures, operational practices, and contracts.
•Draft, review, and localize employment agreements, handbooks, separation agreements, policies, and other employment-related documents.

Key Requirements

•J.D. (or equivalent) law degree and active bar membership in good standing.
•10+ years of relevant employment law experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm and in-house experience.
•Deep practical employment law knowledge across multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border issues.
•Significant experience advising on workforce classification, contingent workforce models, independent contractor issues, and related litigation, investigations, or regulatory enforcement.
•Strong employment litigation, agency matters, internal investigations, and escalated workplace issue experience.
