Manager/Director, FP&A

Lead forecasting and strategic financial analysis for key business decisions, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders. Own and improve the financial model, including headcount planning, cost/vendor expense management, and detailed revenue forecasting. Drive long-term, annual, and quarterly forecasting; prepare KPI and financial data for board and executive reporting; and maintain reporting systems while supporting investment decisions and future capital-raise workstreams.
