Own field-based, total responsibility for major construction projects across Northern Louisiana/Mississippi. Champion engagement throughout the project lifecycle by partnering with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, promoting value-added products and services, and customizing solutions for efficiency, safety, and profitability. Build relationships, develop engagement plans, coordinate internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution, and monitor progress, budgets, and project metrics while reporting impact to leadership.
