Key Responsibilities

•Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in defined labor markets using Aon’s global data to produce actionable insights.
•Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to ensure quick, reliable access to important information for colleagues and clients.
•Analyze data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations to inform decision making.
•Build and nurture relationships with executive clients and colleagues to deliver innovative compensation solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Human Capital group to support client engagements and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in executive compensation is highly valued and directly relevant to the role, with a track record of handling compensation data and client work.
•Experience working with executive clients will ease the learning curve and contribute to delivering sophisticated compensation insights.
•Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
•Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and client communication.
•English proficiency at C1 level or above to operate in a multinational, English-speaking professional environment.
