Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Aon Governance in delivering executive compensation, governance, and shareholder engagement work for a broad range of clients.
  • •Research and analyze corporate governance practices, board and committee structures, and intersections with executive compensation and shareholder expectations.
  • •Monitor and summarize key regulatory and market developments relevant to compensation and governance (e.g., SEC rules, exchange listing standards, proxy advisor and investor policies).
  • •Design, review, and benchmark executive and director compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • •Conduct market benchmarking and build Excel-based models and dashboards to produce clear charts, exhibits, and client-ready materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a finance/economics/business/actuarial science/law/public policy/statistics or related quantitative field.
  • •Typically 2–5 years of experience in executive compensation, corporate governance, investor/proxy advisory analysis, consulting, or related legal/regulatory or data-analytics work.
  • •Strong familiarity with executive compensation concepts (pay mix, LTI design, equity vehicles, incentive metrics, pay-for-performance).
  • •Advanced Excel skills with comfort working with large datasets (formulas, pivot tables, and building charts/exhibits).
  • •Experience with compensation or governance databases is a plus.
