Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement.
  • •Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information.
  • •Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable visualizations for decision-making.
  • •Configure and customize Experience Cloud components (sites, themes, and page layouts) to enhance user experience and align with brand.
  • •Lead and mentor technical teams across the development lifecycle, troubleshoot implementation issues, and integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
  • •Expertise architecting and delivering Experience Cloud solutions for complex business requirements and measurable user engagement.
  • •Experience developing and managing Experience Data Security Models to support regulatory compliance and protect sensitive information.
  • •Hands-on development across Experience Cloud, including Lightning component development and Salesforce Apex and Visualforce programming.
  • •Strong skills in integrating Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using integration tools and APIs.
