Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the product surface for AI agents that perform real insurance work, including tools to create, run, and supervise agents.
  • •Ship end-to-end features across the stack, from idea to production.
  • •Develop agent authoring, a chat assistant that reads documents and takes actions, and human-in-the-loop supervision experiences.
  • •Create multimodal product experiences across documents, voice, and the web while keeping interactions coherent.
  • •Set the quality and taste bar and mentor.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building production full-stack software with shipped, customer-facing features.
  • •Strong full-stack skills across modern front ends (React/TypeScript) and back ends (Python), with good product/UX judgment and taste.

  • •Clear communicator in person and in writing.
  • •Bonus: production experience building LLM/agent features, B2B SaaS, and early-stage/0→1 experience.
