Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert and functional leadership for UTA data protection, steering administrative data protection and AI compliance topics.
  • •Advise and act as central contact for business units on data protection and AI compliance, coordinating with the appointed data protection officer.
  • •Introduce, develop, and monitor group-wide data protection and AI compliance management, including documentation and maintenance in OneTrust.
  • •Review and assess contracts, tender documents, projects, and requests from business and IT, including drafting data protection-relevant contract clauses.
  • •Support data protection management activities such as DPIAs, balancing of interests, data subject requests, privacy incidents, and implementation of regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in law, information law, or comparable with strong knowledge of GDPR, BDSG, TTDSG and other data protection regulations plus the EU AI Act.
  • •At least three years of professional experience in data protection, ideally in an international corporate group, law firm, or data protection authority.
  • •Qualification or certification in data protection or KI governance/compliance (advantageous).
  • •Interest in technological and regulatory topics, including experience in payments, new technologies, or a comparable regulated environment.
  • •Strong communication and team orientation, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate projects cross-functionally in an international context.
