  • •Support business development, work winning, and strategic growth initiatives across the aviation market.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and project delivery phases, including project oversight as Project Director/Design Manager/Senior Project Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience across aviation infrastructure, airfield engineering and/or pavement engineering.
  • •Strong experience in aviation pavement design, assessment, checking, and verification, including airside pavement performance and construction knowledge.
  • •Demonstrated capability reviewing aviation/aircraft pavement designs, construction methodologies, and completed works against relevant standards and specifications.
  • •Proven experience leading complex aviation infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction support.
  • •Strong understanding of aviation standards and guidelines (CASA, ICAO, IATA and/or FAA frameworks) and demonstrated leadership capability mentoring and developing technical teams.
