Job Summary

Lead Reckitt’s global Executive Search function on an 8-month maternity cover assignment. Partner with senior business and HR leaders to identify present and future leadership talent needs, build diverse executive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll personally manage a portfolio of critical executive and CHQ searches, run end-to-end recruitment, and oversee executive search firms and strategic talent partners while coaching a high-performing executive search team.

•Personally lead a portfolio of executive and senior leadership hires, managing end-to-end recruitment.

•Experience partnering with senior executives and HR leaders as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring and talent strategy.
•Deep expertise in executive talent mapping, succession planning, market intelligence, and leadership assessment.
