Commercial Banking Representative III

Serve as the primary point of contact between commercial banking clients and the bank, assisting Commercial Relationship Managers with servicing complex loan portfolios. Handle day-to-day client calls and transactions, resolve client issues, and prepare/review documentation for meetings. Gather and process loan application materials, submit complete documentation requests, generate recurring reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, credit policy, AML/Bank Secrecy Act, and information security.
