Job Summary

Lead and manage all maintenance activities across SBM/RHB/IM operations within established budgets and process guidelines. Oversee preventive maintenance, manage repair work orders and trends, and coordinate vendor/repair partners to ensure quality and timely completion. Ensure safety compliance and achieve zero recordable and lost-time accidents. Drive cost control, part inventory organization, scrap minimization, and support installation/refurbishment projects while maintaining Food Safety Program requirements.

•Manage maintenance/SBM/RHB/IM operations within process guidelines and budgets.
•Maintain and schedule preventive maintenance, and supervise/inspect repair work using up-to-date maintenance practices.
•Develop modifications and improvements, including planning new projects and scheduling repair activities.
•Ensure safety compliance and adherence to safety guidelines and Safety Absolutes, supporting zero recordable and lost-time accidents.
•Maintain food safety program (GMP) requirements and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

•Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and leadership to peers and subordinates.
•Processing knowledge of injection molding, stretch blow molding, and reheat and blow molding equipment.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and an automated work order tracking system.
