Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Digital Technology (DT) interface and liaison for the assigned site(s), providing guidance and support.
  • •Partner with site leadership and program/facilities stakeholders to plan and manage demand for DT services and support AOP forecasting.
  • •Provide performance monitoring and oversight of local projects, including escalation interfaces to suppliers and DT leadership.
  • •Monitor internal and external service providers against SLA/metrics to ensure contractual performance, customer service, and satisfaction.
  • •Represent Digital Technology for site compliance in unclassified digital environments and work with GRC to ensure audit-ready processes and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Experience in IT Service Delivery / Infrastructure Operations.
  • •Audio/Video infrastructure and related technical experience.
  • •Experience managing vendors/service providers and ensuring performance to contractual requirements.
  • •Budget experience and fiscal discipline managing a department or functional budget.
