Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide recognition and service to VIPs, Foundation Room members, and corporate executives to foster appreciation for membership and patronage.
  • •Use impeccable upscale dining and bottle/wine service knowledge to guide guests through their dining experience with recommendations.
  • •Up-sell beverages and menu items, take orders, and communicate drink orders to the bar through the point-of-sales system.
  • •Deliver drinks and maintain atmosphere control by circulating and keeping line of sight across the work area.

Key Requirements
