Key Responsibilities

•Give proper recognition to VIPs and Foundation Room members to support appreciation and patronage.
•Deliver bottle and wine service, execute upscale dining service steps, and provide recommendations to guests.
•Take orders and communicate drink orders to the bar using the point-of-sales system.
•Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and House of Blues policies, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
•Maintain cleanliness and safety standards (tables, spills, sanitation) and assist other servers and staff as needed.

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
•Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while reading guests to anticipate needs.
•High school diploma or equivalent and a flexible schedule with ability to work late hours.
