Job Summary

Participate in a customized onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and sales operations. Complete an FCMA roadmap through day one onboarding to program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification. Build strong consumer and small-business relationships using a consultative sales process, learn Fifth Third products and internal resources, and develop skills to source, coach, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Provide a memorable customer experience to deepen consumer and small-business relationships.
•Gain and maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to proactively identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop an integrated book of business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments (FNA) and assigned ongoing support, including learning to source, develop, coach, and lead a team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
