Lead an intense 2-week remote engagement teaching experienced CSAM professionals to design and build agentic AI systems. You will mentor learners in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel; guide labs, memory management, and long-horizon planning, while providing Python-based code mentoring and real-time troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead live technical instruction: deliver synchronous remote lectures and build-along sessions focused on agentic systems within Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
•Facilitate complex labs: guide students through hands-on exercises involving agent design patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and API integration.
•Code mentorship: provide real-time troubleshooting and debugging support in Python as students build labs and capstone projects.
•Translate architecture: break down complex systems-thinking and architecture concepts—memory management and planning in LLMs—into actionable steps for non-engineering professionals.
•Office hours & feedback: hold dedicated sessions to review student builds, ensuring robust and scalable agentic systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15,500

Key Requirements

•7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
•Deep proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel (LangChain/LangGraph valued as adjacent skills)
•Expert-level Python, API design, and strong understanding of agent design patterns (tool use, planning, orchestration)
•Proven instructional experience teaching technical topics or leading engineering teams in a remote, fast-paced learning environment
•AZ-900 and AI-900 are required; AI-102 is strongly preferred
