Provide client-facing governance, executive reporting, and multidisciplinary team coordination across design-phase and construction-phase commissioning and handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary day-to-day client representative and trusted advisor for data center development projects.
•Lead project governance, stakeholder management, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
•Oversee development management activities including schedules, budgets, risks, feasibility studies, due diligence, and milestone tracking.
•Support design-phase services such as value engineering, long-lead procurement input, success-criteria definition, and drawing/constructability reviews.
•Provide construction phase oversight including schedule alignment review, site visits, status meetings, commissioning coordination, and handover support.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of project management experience with a focus on data center development projects from site identification through construction closeout.
•Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent.
•Demonstrated experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover to construction or delivery teams.
•Strong financial, commercial, and risk management capabilities for development programs.
•Proficient expert-level experience using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
