Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small works based on site requirements.
  • •Complete a range of building services repairs, including minor plumbing, general building tasks, and other maintenance activities.
  • •Perform day-to-day compliance and upkeep tasks such as fire alarm testing and weekly water flushing.
  • •Undertake minor repairs plus filling, painting, and decorating work to maintain visual standards.
  • •Record completed work, materials used, and issues using PDA systems or paper-based processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a full UK driving licence and have previous experience in a handyperson or semi-skilled role.
