Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, write, deploy, and configure yield vault smart contracts and related vault tooling (trades, rebalancing, policies/whitelists, admin configuration).
  • •Extend vault architecture as new yield strategies, assets, and chains are added, and review teammates’ contracts and tooling.
  • •Prove contracts are correct using unit/fuzz tests, invariants, and formal verification as appropriate.
  • •Build and maintain backend systems for redemption flows and NAV/pricing accuracy, and automate on-chain operations without human intervention.
  • •Own new-protocol review and risk assessment, monitor for issues (broken oracle, depeg, stuck withdrawal), and sign vault rebalancing transactions as a multisig signer.

Key Requirements

  • •Write strong production Solidity contracts with attention to edge cases and failure modes.
  • •Be equally strong on backend services, automation, and tooling that work reliably with real money.
  • •Have deep DeFi knowledge to read protocol docs/contracts, understand where yield comes from, and assess where it breaks.
  • •Have 4+ years of industry engineering experience.
  • •Have shipped and operated a real yield vault (ERC-4626, BoringVault-style, or comparable architecture) after launch.
