Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Ads Targeting Platform vision for how audience signals, contextual signals, and data taxonomies power advertiser outcomes at scale.
  • •Lead roadmap and strategy prioritization across partner needs, technical dependencies, and business objectives, driving tradeoffs and alignment.
  • •Partner with engineering and data science on signal ingestion, normalization, taxonomy design, and data storage decisions to build for scale.
  • •Support the full advertiser sales cycle by anticipating and enabling forecasting, media planning, campaign activation, and optimization needs.
  • •Own signal quality and data governance standards, including classification, maintenance, and compliance with evolving advertising regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Product Management experience owning ad tech platforms at scale, including targeting infrastructure, signal management, or audience data platforms.
  • •Proven track record defining product vision and delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with high visibility.
  • •Expert understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including DSP platforms, programmatic buying, audience/contextual targeting, and CTV advertising.
  • •Deep experience with data taxonomies, signal classification, and audience data infrastructure, with strong views on how targeting data should be structured for technical and commercial needs.
