Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own day-to-day site management for fast-paced construction projects, including work schedules, progress, quality control, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage construction site logistics (deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials) and maintain job site cleanliness.
  • •Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture with contractor and internal partners.
  • •Coordinate daily field activities and resolve conflicts for contractors and internal partners; maintain daily site logs and report to management as needed.
  • •Support project planning and execution: procurement proposals, contractor contract assignment, cost/schedule development, status tracking, and coordination with engineering and facilities teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in the construction or aerospace industries, with experience leading or coordinating a labor force.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with a construction trade skill.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed, and be able to work at elevated heights (200+ feet).
