Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and governance of group-wide compliance policy frameworks and procedures. Translate UAE regulatory obligations and G42 requirements into clear, enforceable policy architecture, maintain a version-controlled policy repository, and manage review cycles. Assess regulatory change impacts, coordinate policy approval/sign-off, and provide SME guidance and training materials. Report to the Head of Compliance Strategy & Transformation and support regulatory consultations, examinations, and thematic reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain group-wide compliance policies and frameworks aligned with CBUAE requirements, UAE legislation, and G42 requirements
•Translate compliance policies into operational procedures with clearly defined controls and risk criteria, ensuring traceable mapping to regulations
•Monitor regulatory developments and prepare regulatory change impact assessments for policy and procedure updates
•Manage the policy approval and sign-off process and guide first-line/governance teams to ensure operationalisation and alignment
•Deliver policy communications and training materials, maintain training records, and prepare reporting for senior management, the Board, and regulators

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience in a Regulatory Compliance role with a regulator, bank, fintech, or consulting firm
•Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the UAE regulatory landscape, international regulatory guidelines, and industry standards
•Exceptional written communication skills to produce policy documentation and executive presentations
•Strong analytical and research capability to interpret complex regulatory text and translate it into practical guidance
•Proven experience developing, drafting, and maintaining compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures in regulated financial services
