Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise groups of Assistant Project Managers and coordinate their activities to support project delivery.
  • •Ensure project teams comply with project execution, project management, and BIM management plans throughout delivery.
  • •Act as Project Manager on small to medium uncomplicated projects, with strong understanding of AECOM project delivery procedures.
  • •Develop input to budget and schedule, monitor and track project budgets, and use Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess progress.
  • •Coordinate with other disciplines and manage client relationships by supporting bids/proposals, presenting progress, and collecting client feedback.

  • •Honours degree in a built environment field with a minimum of 4 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •B-Tech degree in a built environment field with a minimum of 5 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •National Higher Diploma in a built environment field with a minimum of 6 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •National Diploma in a built environment field with a minimum of 7 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •Registration as a Candidate with SACPCMP (PrCPM), OR certification as CAPM with PMI.
