Senior Project Manager

Deliver building projects in Northern Ireland across the full lifecycle, from concept and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning. Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, lead moderately complex project delivery, and coordinate with the project management team to execute capital investment work. Support team operational performance and continuous improvement, including hands-on delivery experience across RIBA Stages 0–7 and administration of NEC ECC contracts.
