Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage building projects from inception through completion, including design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning.
  • •Collaborate with the wider project management team to deliver capital investment projects.
  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
  • •Lead project management commissions and take full accountability for successful project delivery.
  • •Plan, direct, and supervise activities for moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact, including administration of NEC ECC contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • •Chartered status with one of: RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBA, or Engineers Ireland.
  • •Experience delivering projects within the buildings sector.
  • •Membership or affiliation with APM (advantageous).
  • •NEC4 ECC PM Accreditation (advantageous).
