Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to plan and implement preventive maintenance and calibration for GEL lab equipment.
  • •Install, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and manufacturing equipment, including semiconductor lab tools.
  • •Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with equipment vendors to resolve issues and maintain test systems for production.
  • •Identify recurring equipment downtime causes and drive corrective/preventive actions (including RCCA and PA processes).
  • •Maintain accurate records in the Equipment Tracking System, ensure safety/quality compliance, and support audits/inspections with equipment documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8-9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science/Engineering.
  • •At least 1 year (or equivalent) experience maintaining engineering lab equipment.
  • •Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 for calibration across mechanical, electrical, and thermal domains.
  • •Experience installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting semiconductor lab/test equipment and systems.
  • •Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) with systematic problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
