Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and attend to repairs.
  • •Conduct electrical and plumbing maintenance, and maintain and repair HVAC and wastewater systems.
  • •Assist with hook-up work on buildings and equipment as required.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to safety regulations and standards; maintain records and reports.
  • •Monitor, order, and receive chemicals; collect water samples; maintain facility spares; coordinate waste disposal; supervise vendors and contractors; assist other departments with facility support needs.
