Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and materials with accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
  • •Lead and manage storekeeping staff by assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
  • •Coordinate with procurement to replenish stock based on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and consumption patterns.
  • •Organize and maintain storage spaces, shelving units, and inventory tracking systems to optimize space utilization and access.
  • •Enforce safety and security protocols, inspect incoming goods for quality, maintain inventory transaction records, and resolve supplier delivery/return discrepancies while supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
  • •Diploma in Material Management or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in inventory control techniques such as inventory tracking, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
  • •Ability to lead and manage storekeeping staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
  • •Knowledge of safety and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and fire safety compliance.
