Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow formulas to produce dry blended ingredients that meet customer and quality specifications.
  • •Operate a variety of production and processing equipment to manufacture efficiently and safely.
  • •Pull raw materials, measure ingredients, and use lift trucks and/or cranes during shifts.
  • •Monitor and document production results to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • •Ensure government regulations, site policies, and related processes are met or exceeded; communicate with the production team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent and age 18 or older.

  • •Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team, with mechanical aptitude to solve mechanical problems.
